Job Description:
As a Creative Specialist, you will work on-site at various real estate locations, capturing stunning visuals that showcase properties in the best light. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for creativity, a basic understanding of photography and videography, and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Photograph and/or film real estate properties for marketing purposes.
- Work with clients to script videos, capture their vision and ensure high-quality output.
- Maintain equipment and stay up-to-date on media trends and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography (professional experience is a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the real estate media field.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Must have reliable transportation for shoots around the Houston area.
