Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Paragon Studios, you will be responsible for generating and closing outbound sales leads. You’ll connect with real estate professionals, present our suite of media services, and close deals that help them succeed. This is a commission-based role offering 15% commission on all closed leads that you procure.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and target new outbound sales leads in the real estate industry.
- Reach out to real estate agents, brokers, property managers, and developers via calls, emails, and networking.
- Present and sell our media services, including photography, videography, 3D tours, and aerial drone services.
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales (experience in real estate or media services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
