Yes! We understand that weather can be unpredictable so to ensure you maximize your investment, we allow for up to three weather related reschedules.
No. The media provided is only licensed to the client who booked the service. Giving any other party media is a copyright infringement and will result in takedown notices and further action if needed. Our clients are permitted to give our contact information to any third party and we can license the photos and or videos to them directly.
Yes. All video services include aerial drone footage unless the property is in a restricted airspace. If the property is located in a restricted airspace, our FAA licensed drone pilots will attempt to obtain clearance from the FAA. In rare cases, those applications are denied due to extreme proximity to airports, naval bases, etc. In the event that we are unable to operate in a restricted airspace, we will film exteriors from the ground.
Our standard turnaround time for real estate photography is 24hrs. In cases where additional edits are requested or there is increased complexity within a project, our maximum turnaround time is 48hrs.
Standard turnaround time for real estate videography is 5-7 days.
Our goal is to deliver 50 final images per property.
Note: Depending on property size and complexity, some shoots may receive more than 50 images, others slightly less.
No. We ask that the property be cleared of all property maintenance crews and/or other media companies during the time Paragon Studios is at the property.
